LEZ cycles is a small independent bike shop based in W2 London (Notting Hill area)
Our mission at LEZcycles is to keep used bikes in good shape so they can still be ridden safe and enjoyably. To accomplish that, we offer bike repairs, sales of 2nd hand bikes and new/used parts, among other services. In our experience, a good condition used bike can be as useful, fun and enjoyable as an equivalent brand new one, whilst being much more environmentally friendly. By buying a used bike locally, waste is reduced and a great deal of energy and carbon emissions are saved (due to manufacturing and transport processes). Most of our used bikes for sale have been manufactured in the UK or Europe, whilst the majority of new bicycles are made in China or Taiwan. Taking care of used bikes only, means that most of our bicycles are vintage, but we sell and repair modern bikes also. Whilst appreciating the latest technology in the bike industry, we don't believe that shinny looks, carbon fibre or 30+ gears are a must for the transport, touring and fun bicycle needs of 99% of the people.
